Turbo isue

Hi everybody.
Maybe somebody can tell my SAAB 9k turbo is blowing but not on full capasity aslo filing when driving are like it’s not running on 100% (on 225hp) how it supost to go
Maybe somebody can tell what can be isue for that?
On instrument panel are no check engine light and this turbo meter stand up max to middle

Iam not an expert but I had the same problem whit my 900 T 16 and the bypass valve was broken. :x

Could also be the turbo control solenoid valve (aka magnetic valve).

And there is 5w apc fuse for magnetic valve.
In wastegate is a spin in bar of the clock that could go broken.

If the wastegate actuator bar would be detached, the car would hardly make any boost. My vote goes to the APC solenoid valve. You can test it out by deattaching the middle hose and doing a careful test drive. If the boost now rises to normal (and beyond, up to fuelcut) levels, the solenoid valve is probably bad. It's a known failure point in T5 cars.

Hi. I tray to do it and seams like yea that this is this valve isue 4th day I change it and see what changed but proboblly everything will be ok ;)
