I have a 2.0 Turbo NG900 from 1997.
Who knows where I can find a blow off valve in/around TRE.
And I am also searching a grill from a 9-3.

Maybe there is somebody here who has some...

someone might have what you are looking for : )

Also do a search there, if I remeber correctly there was a BOV (or maybe a BPV) for sale not that long ago.
The 9-3 grille is a bit more rare but with some luck you might find one.

The Swedish Saab Turbo Club ( http://forum.saabturboclub.com ) is also a great source for second hand parts, well worth taking a look.
