Need a new clutch in Oulu...

Hi, sorry for speaking English here, but I wondered if anybody could help with my Saab

I have a '94 NG 900 (non-turbo) which is having problems with reverse gear popping out and grinding. I've tried the usual things like replacing the clutch cable and adjusting the gear linkage but it still pops and grinds.

The engine mounts and clutch seem to be worn out, and I thought they could have something to do with it, so I'd like to have them replaced. I wondered if anybody could recommend where I could have this done in Oulu, and give an idea of how much it might cost (I have a feeling that Aine might be quite expensive.)

I know that the NG 900 is famous for having reverse problems, so if I have the gearbox taken out to replace the clutch, I thought I could have the reverse gear parts replaced at the same time, but would this be expensive?

I suppose you know that Oulun Autoliike (GM) also sells parts for saab in Oulu. I don`t know about the prices or their skills but don`t expect it to be cheap.

and welcome to your forum.
If you know what parts you need, mayby you should try to contact PCS (SP's finnish retailer). They usually sell the same parts cheeper than GM.
GM can then do the work, or any other deler in your area.
