I think that the 3mm tels, that this tool forces the pin go in 3mm so the belt socket looses... But this is wild ques...
Meneekö toi tappi sisään 3 mm sisään jolloin solki vapautuu... villi arvaus !!!

Re: 95 questions
Ok, i managed,
I had to open the chair to get it done.
It is the middle pin. this pin needs to be pushed towards the chair. (inside)
Dont pull to hard on the seatbelt because then it will be more stuck.
I attached a picture.
I used a normal screwdriver. Not any bended one.

Re: 95 questions
new reply new problem
I want to remove Part number 4576161 (which i cannot find in EPC).
This is the metal part under the top engine mount.
This is EPC
http://lh5.ggpht.com/_8tXqdSrL-is/S7dJo ... 165827.jpg
and removal of Mount in WIS.
http://lh3.ggpht.com/_8tXqdSrL-is/S7dJr ... 165620.jpg
any advise because i cannot find the bolts on the bottom.
Kiitos.
EDIT solved, with some help from the stcf guys.
For others facing the same prob. Open the bolt as far as possible and then you are able to remove the whole head. with the head removed its easy to get the manifold off. (luckly i needed the head of the engine...)

Re: 95 questions
hello everybody
I got my new engine done and installed. A big thank goes also to Vesa67, Coltti, Vigge, Jkotka, JouniCSE, and some others,
Pictures you can see here in my album:

engine build up from picture 121

engine installation from 189
http://picasaweb.google.fi/jaspermol/95 ... 2583546818
But now there is 1 big problem. Coolant liquid is doing funny things.
already causing me to call towing company ones.
from picture 237
http://picasaweb.google.fi/jaspermol/95 ... 8936938050
I did some testing when Coltti came here and we found the following:
- engine temperature is coming up like normal and stays about 100 when idling in the sun.
start the car when its about 70 degrees,
while car is warming up to 80 open the coolant cap and nothing dramatic happens.
when the car reaches 100 degrees it starts to leak near the valve which is located on the firewall.
when the car is switched off open the coolant cap and the coolant liquid is very low. But within a few seconds its pushing about 2Liters of water out from the coolant canister.
http://picasaweb.google.fi/jaspermol/95 ... 8768336242
it always feels that the big hose from the radiator to engine is not under high pressure. Even feels kind of empty...
So maybe its happens when the thermostat opens there is something wrong.
I have no idea what can cause this behavior,
The car blows hot air when HI and cold air when LOW.
breathing nipple from thermostat is in correct position
thermostat is new and ordered from PFS
bottom block is a 1994 T5
head is 1994 ported T5
gasket is metal T7
pistons are JE T7
deck surface looks like this. (some oxidation)
http://picasaweb.google.fi/jaspermol/95 ... 5145375106
engine has driven now 120kms.
any idea what could go wrong here.

Re: 95 questions
ok, tried following
start engine with cap open
and keep coolant level full.
have interior temp on HI, no AC
car warms up to 80 degrees and hose between radiator and engine becomes warm
around 97 degrees the coolant water sprays like a fountain out from the coolant canister. (which had the cap open all the time)
It lost about 4L of coolant that time.
How can it be that it sprays water out so much?
this is just after it sprayed out.

any idea?
