The best-selling Saab 9-3 Convertible has been declared the winner for the second year running in the Convertible / Roadster category of the 2005 British Insurance Car Security Awards (BICSA), announced at 10.30 a.m. today (29 June) at the Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre in Thatcham.
