"Hello to all of you!
You're all of the dealers of Speedparts. I'm writing this because I'd like to know how's the business working between you and Speedparts?
What about shipments? Do they come on time?
I'm asking this because me and my pals have ordered some parts from Speedparts via Finnish dealer called Pro-Car Service.
Lately Speedparts have not treated Pro-Car Service like they should be. The shipment of orders have almost stopped during last 4 months.
And I know (and I'm 100% sure) that the problem is not associatd with Pro-Car Service. The problems is that Speedparts won't send the goods which their dealer has ordered from them. I don't know whether this has already happened to you but...
One of the pals has ordered Viggen's stage III kit from Speedparts. Another pal of mine has ordered some chassis material for his 9000. Third guy has ordered stage 1 kit for his NG900 Turbo. I myself have ordered new Bilstein shock absorbers, Powerflex bushes and a Sport IC for my NG900 Turbo (my order all in together approx. 1700 euros). None os us have received our goods because of Speedparts' inactivity towards this aforementioned dealer who has already paid for the goods but hasn't got the material. It seems that Speedparts will eagerly take many dealers for them but they won't handle their business correctly with their dealers.
As an example, I have now waited my goods for three and half months (yes, that's right, I'm not kidding). My pal has waited the clearance of his Viggen tuning set since April! You can all evaluate whether I'm lying or not. Why should I write this e-mail and warn you about the current situation if the things would be allright?
We have sent several e-mails to Speedparts but they are not so willing to answer to them. Or if they have answered to them, they cannot give us the correct, binding delivery time (because they cannot keep it). When I sent some e-mails to the staff of the company and also to their managing director as CC, the managing director replayed to me that "don't send me any e-mails that I've nothing to do with!"
Well, in my opinion, if the company cannot handle their business, the managing director is in charge of their operation and if the staff in the company think they have no responsibility how's the business working in the company, the managing director should always take the lead and make the things work. That hasn't happen with this case. In any case where the customer has made a sophisticated complaint about the activity of the company, the managing director should always apologize it (irrespective of whether the customer is either right or wrong) and not try to hide from the responsibility he has because of his status in the company.
So now you know our story and the story of our dealer. I really do hope that the things are not in the same shape with you as they are with us.
So we're still waiting our stuff. Maybe they will come some day
"
Kaksi firmaa on jo tähän mennessä vastannut minulle, että heillä on ollut samanlaisia ongelmia SP:n kanssa.
