Hello Finnish Saab fans and greetings from Estonia

I’m writing on behalf of SaabClub Estonia, which was (re)founded about 2 years ago, by active members of Saabnet.ee forum. In about month, SaabClub Estonia is organizing a competition for Saabs – a One Mile Race – the simple goal to reach highest speed on one mile distance. There are 2 classes – naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines.

So here is your chance to test your cars performance legally (this event is 100% legal, we have approval from BHRA and police, also fire brigade and ambulance are present, just in case. Also a chance to meet other Saab fans from Estonia, Latvia and Sweden.

Time: 9. May 2009

Timeline:

10.00 Area is opened for technical inspection of cars
11.15 Start area will be closed
11.30 Participants meeting
12.00 Start I round
14.30 Start II round
17.00 The End

Viron klubi kutsuu siis kaikki saabistit testaamaan nopeusajoa laillisesti ja järjestetyissä olosuhteissa Kiltsin kentälle Viroon.
Jäsenosastolla on oma topic ja rekisteröityminen aiheesta ja jäsenyydellä on etunsa tällekin reissulle, mutta myös kaikki ei-jäsensaabistit pääsevät menoon mukaan ilmoittautumalla yllä löytyvään http://www.saabiklubi.ee/saabspeed2009/ ... p?sisu=reg osoitteeseen. Osallistumismaksun maksuohjeet löytyvät yltä. Kypäräpakko. Omat sarjat vapareille ja ähdetyille.

Vaikka äitienpäivä on samana viikonloppuna voit taata hyvän mielen lähtemällä joko perjantai-iltana tai lauantaina aamulla ja palaamalla la-iltana kotimaahan takakontti täynnä tuliaisia. Viron kruunukin on taas viime kuukausien jälkeen edullista.

Ilmoittautumisaikaa on jatkettu 24.4 saakka !
