Saab garage in/near Tampere

Hi folks!

Who knows a good saab garage in Tampere,
I would like to do some service for my NG900 talladega turbo ´97
Which do you recommend me?

service like,
new oils,
check if bypass valve is ok
check if solenoid (3 way valve) is ok (my turbo has some weird habits)
new silicon hoses
Airco check, (some weird smell)
my engine needs some new gaskets where the cylinders go to the exhaust
handbrake adjustment
and some other small things.

Where do you buy silicon hoses for the turbo versions?
