I was assigned by my colleagues to find a foreignpartner who will
assist us
in providing an overseas bank account for the transfer of US$
13,500.000.00(thirteen Million ,five hundred thousand United States

The actual contract value was US$25Million(twenty Five millions United
States Dollars only),but my colleagues and I being members of the
contract
award\review committee over inflated the contract sum to
US$38,5Million(

intention of sharing the remaining balance of US$13,5 million in
full,we
therefore want to transfer out of the country in our favour for
disbursement
among ourselves the sum of US$13, millions only.
For the security reasons,this money is defaced and presently deposited
with
a security company in johannesburg as a gem stone and I made part
payment to
the security company for the safe keeping of the money,we request your
co-operation with us by proceeding immediately to South Africa to open
a non
resident account with any bank of your choice where this money will be
paid
inn as soon as it is cleared from the security company before we can
finally
transfer to any of your nominated bank account in the world.
we intend coming over there (Your country) on the completion of the
fund
transfer to secure our share.
Also we agreed that if you/your company can act as the beneficiary of
this
fund,we will transfer the fund to your account and will retain 25% of
the
total fund for the assistance rendered,while 70% will be for us and the
balance of 5% will be set aside for the expenses might be that might be
incurreed by both parties during the process of the fund transfer
