No niin, tässä taas "uusimmat käänteet" Speedparts -asiasta.
Peter lähetti mulle sähköpostin ja kyseli ruotsiksi, että "mitä sä puuhaat?"
Samaisessa postissa oli se posti, jonka mä olin aikaisemmin lähettänyt muille SP:n dealereille. Ilmeisesti joku dealereista oli ihmetellyt, että mitäs helvettiä?
No sitten kirjoitin Peterille vastineen, jonka laitoin myös muille dealereille. Tässäpä tämä:
"Hejsan Peter!
Ska vi skriva på svenska eller på engelska?
Jag skriver nu på engelska om du inte tar illa upp.
Vad håller du på med ? (Peter's sentence in English: what are you doing? Because I sent this e-mail to all the dealers of Speedparts.)
So what am I doing?
Well, I'm just finding out whether other dealers have had the same kind of problems that Pro-Car Service is now experiencing. and how bad you're treating your indirect customers.
And I've also got some answers from some (whose names I won't mention) dealers that they are experiencing the similar problems like Pro-Car Service has had with you.
Here's the answer to my e-mail from an anonymous dealer of yours (as an example):
"During the last time, we have the same problems with speedparts.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
Of course there was the name of the sender in that e-mail, but I won't show it to you. Let's just say that it came from a dealer which is located in Europe and it's not Pro-Car Service (Finnish dealer of Speedparts).
Why cannot you (Speedparts) get your acts together and make the things work?
Now one of these very disappointed customers (not me) has made a complaint about you (Speedparts) to Swedish ombudsman because of the material you've never sent to him. I'm still considering the same thing but I'm still waiting if you could manage to ship my goods to Pro-Car Service ASAP. If I will get my goods, I have no reason to argue about this matter anymore.
I think that now you all in Speedparts should face the responsibility and send the ordered goods to your dealers ASAP.
After that when you have sent the ordered goods it's up to you whether to keep the dealers if you really got what it takes to keep them.
If you think that you don't got it what it takes to keep the dealers, end the whole procedure but do it with sophisticated manners.
And I'm still waiting for my Sport IC and rear shock absorbers. Here's your email from last thursday so everyone (especially dealers) can see it.
Note to dealers: UPS (shipping company) ships goods from Sweden to Finland in three days. Now the week has gone but I still haven't had my stuff. And I've waited for them for three and half months. If you don't believe me, ask from Pro-Car Service.

What about ending all this hassle and sending my (and my pals') goods to Pro-Car Service?
Is it so hard to accomplish?
What about stopping this "game" that's been going on since last May and getting back on the track with your business with your dealers?
I'd like to read (or hear) even a single good & honest reason from you why your business with your dealers has come to this point that it's really not working properly anymore.
Why is it so hard to tell the honest truth? What do you have to lose?
I've no hard feelings for anybody in Speedparts. Their stuff is absolutely awesome and their price/quality level is very good.
And this is not the first time I'm ordering stuff for my Saab from Speedparts. All the stuff I've ordered from them during the year 2002 is worth of 18535 SEK or 2060 euros. So I'm not just teasing this company for my own fun, I just want to get the goods I've ordered.
I hope that you'll understand my point.
