Dear Olli,
Konsument Europa has received your complaint regarding your problems with SP. As I understand it, you and SP have finally come to an agreement that you shall upgrade your ECU to the "next level" and that you will get a ** % discount on the price. The problem now is that they do not deliver as agreed. If you have a written delivery date, the next step would be to write to the company explaining that the date for delivery has expired and that you give them a last chance to deliver within a certain time. If the company does not fulfil their duty there is a possibility to buy the goods elsewhere and claim the price difference from SP.
If you can not find an agreement with SP, the last step would be to have the case assessed by Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, The National Board for Consumer Complaint.

Eli jos oikein ymmärsin niin sovitun toimitusajan jälkeen kirjoitetaan valitus ja annetaan hieman armonaikaa. Jos tavara ei edelleenkään tule voi sen ostaa muualta ja laskuttaa erotuksen SP:ltä. Mun omalla kohdalla nämä kriteerit ovat täyttyneet jo useasti, samoin TS:llä.
Mun oma "case" taitaa olla tältä erää suljettu, mutta tietääkseni usealla on vielä tavarat sisällä. Yrittänyttä ei laiteta
